Before I explain the power of gratitude and how it lights the law of attraction, I will show you its opposite. In fact, thinking about negative things attracts these negative things. Certainly, you have experienced it, or perhaps you know someone that is living this situation. I am speaking about “a black series”.
These black series are typical of people that use to say to themselves “I’m not lucky.” Often, these people spend a lot of time feeling anxiety and continuously, they imaging bad things happening. An example? “I hope that the car doesn’t break down before the end of the month, when I can pay for maintenance”. Or “I hope I don’t get sick, I have too much work.”
If by accident, the negative events seem to be connected we are almost happy: “I knew this would happen to me!” In some way, we confirm the idea of reality about us.
We attract even more negativity by being negative. You may find it strange if you don’t believe in the law of attraction, but it’s a fact.
What if I do the opposite? What if you were positive and grateful for what you already have? If you put aside what darkens your daily life and create a light?
The power of gratitude to use the law of attraction in your life
Gratitude acts like a magnet about good vibes and good things. This is one of the main conditions for the law of attraction.
Be thankful for the little things in everyday life and realize that perhaps, what seems “normal” or granted to you, may be is the ultimate luxury for others.
Do you have a roof over your head? Are you eating enough? Do you have new clothes? Modern comfort? Internet access? Do you have people who love you and that you love? Two arms and two legs and the strength to build the future you want? Do you travel frequently? Maybe you already have an answer!
These which for you are: “details”, are not available to everyone and it is easy to forget that you can lose them.
Be happy with people you meet on your way, learn from life like a sponge, you will appreciate the little things that happen. Also appreciate those failures that teach you how to be successful: they are the most important. Success sometimes comes after countless attempts.
You will see that you will soon feel happier by expressing your gratitude and that you will attract more and more beautiful things to you.
What are the daily actions you can do to maintain your positive vibes
You can keep this positive side of your life with three daily actions:
- write in your diary of gratitude
- think gratefully before falling asleep
- say thanks sincerely when you get the chance

Write in your diary of gratitude everyday
Every morning, wake up a quarter of an hour earlier, if necessary, write 3 to 10 things for which you express gratitude. If you prefer, you can do it on your computer or on a mobile app. If you have a notebook, create a wonderful home page, it will make everything easier.
Exercise:
Describe in a few words why you are grateful: emotions and feelings. Don’t do it “in a hurry”: put your heart in it sincerely and relive those moments of grace.
I also recommend you to write what you wish to achieve.
Feel this feeling of gratitude again when you write this, combined with the feeling of happiness as you anticipate these beautiful things that will happen to you.

In the evening, before falling asleep, remember 1 to 3 beautiful things that happened to you today. Again, these things can be very simple. It could be the smile of a person met on the subway. If you are a believer, you can thank God for these benefits. But the most important thing is:

Try always to fall asleep on these ideas, feeding your mind with this well-being.
Gratitude, the key to the law of attraction
Say thanks and show gratitude from the bottom of your heart when someone helps you. When your baker smiles at you, thank him warmly in return (also for the good bread). When your friend thinks he has done the right thing for you, say thanks for his support. Say thanks to your mother for her love. Express gratitude at your boss and to your client for his trust.
When you say thanks to someone, you feel this gratitude. Don’t forget to ask to your neighbour, “Are you okay?”
Say it! By experiencing this new awareness, you will have to say it even more often, because the Universe will attract more and more wonderful things, events that will deserve your gratitude.
